The size of the room that you will be watching your TV also matters. If you are planning for a 50 inch TV for example you need to be seated at a distance of 10 feet away from the TV. Optimizing your purchase based on your needs does really matter and you should do it smartly. There are people who buy the flat screen TV as a monitor for their computer so that they can have a single point to watching movies, browsing and playing music. A computer can do everything a TV, DVD player and Sound system can do together. The Flat screen televisions are used with computers, however buying a very large screen for your computer is not wise since you are going to be seated very close to the monitor. It is ok while browsing as most of the time you will be reading fine printed matter. However the same does not apply when you are watching movies on the computer. The flat screens also serve well for business presentations and many corporate use it for many purposes like presentations and having video conferences. Most of the newer models of Flat screens come with many modern add on where you can connect blue tooth devices and so on making it easy fro the corporate to handle their business needs. The prices of the Flat screen televisions have reached the most developed stage and the prices also have dropped to an extent that most people should buy it without thinking. If you have to purchase a regular conventional television you would be spending a couple of hundreds less and they are too outdated. In a few more years the conventional televisions will be completely out of market and companies might stop production eventually replacing them with flat screen panels. |
